We have experience with various Content Management Systems from Open Source. All of our systems are based on highly relational databases and systems and most of them have small content management systems running in the background. ISICAD.org itself is based on a small CMS allowing to edit content and language versions. The platform www.policies-against-hunger.de
is based on typo3 CMS.
